The brand gives off a solid, trustworthy vibe, and my experience has been okay so far. I’m just not completely sure yet since I haven’t had enough time to fully judge it.

"Comfy enough to wear again"
I wore this for a full day and it stayed really comfortable the whole time, no itching, rubbing, or tight spots. The only reason I’m giving it one star off is that the fit was a little looser than I expected. Still, it was easy to wear and I’d definitely use it again.

"Fixed eventually, communication wasn’t exactly amazing"
I sent my item in for repair and, to be fair, it did come back fixed, so there’s that. The whole process just took longer than I expected, and the updates were slow unless I went out of my way to ask. I had to check in twice to find out what was going on, which was a fun little guessing game. Not the worst experience ever, but clearer communication and a quicker turnaround would’ve been nice.

I ordered from galateausa.com and I’m happy with what I got. The quality feels good, and the piece doesn’t feel cheap or flimsy at all. The details are clean, and it arrived in good condition. I’ve worn it a few times already and it still looks great. Overall, I think it was a good purchase.

Not a terrible experience or anything, just something about it felt a little less smooth than it could’ve been. Overall, it was okay.

I had to reach out to Galatea Pearls about my order, and they did get back to me, just not as quickly as I was hoping. It’s kind of hard to describe, because the reply itself was helpful enough once it came through, but the wait made the whole thing feel a little frustrating. Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience, I just think their response time could be better.

I liked that Galatea USA showed the prices clearly enough before I checked out. There weren’t any weird surprise fees popping up, which I always appreciate. The shipping cost was easy to find too, around the same place you’d expect it to be. I took off one star because some of the item details could’ve been a little clearer, but overall the pricing felt honest...

I ordered from galateausa.com and everything showed up exactly how I picked it, so I can’t really complain there. The sizes and colors were all correct, which is what matters most, right? I’m giving 4 stars because the shipping updates felt a little slow and I wasn’t totally sure what was going on for a bit. But the actual order accuracy was solid.

I did end up getting my refund, so that was a relief!! It just took a bit longer than I was expecting. Support got back to me, but the replies weren’t exactly quick. Overall, not a terrible experience, but I do think the refund process could be faster.

Checkout was simple too, with no weird steps or confusing buttons. It also worked well on my phone, so overall it was just a nice, easy shopping experience
